Welcome to the website of TEAM CO Development, expert in transition and change.
When I founded TEAM CO Development in 2002, after many years spent in management positions for large companies and small businesses in constant change, the business world was transformed: speed of market growth and concentration, e-business, globalisation and standardisation of management and human resources management practices.
Over recent years, companies, led by the small businesses, have had to focus on their core business while pushing innovation. The 3rd millennium manager needs the acumen to push through his strategies and motivate his people. He needs to combine expertise and vision across the spectrum of management skills, to operate in today's demanding macroeconomic environment. At the same time, he has to manage his personal development, his priorities and his energy but not forget valuable personal and family time. These new circumstances called for new ways of supporting leaders and managers who, collectively or individually, were facing transition and major change (growth, mergers, acquisitions, transmission, reorganisation, etc…).
My vision of coaching is driven by the idea that a successful collaboration is based on value-sharing and a true win-win spirit. This relational method is fundamental and characterises the spirit and achievement of TEAM CO.
My conviction is that each coaching project addresses a single issue, with bespoke analysis and implementation methodology. TEAM CO's ability to propose customised, scalable solutions presents a unique value proposition on the consulting market.
My absolute belief is that the consultancy / client partnership is a long-term affair, pooling strategic points of view. We built the TEAM CO Development approach by focusing on this consultant / client relationship.
Change engineering is the answer to modern demands for flexibility, results and market adaptation. It is what helps companies down their strategic path. Managers need to be able to rely on experienced professionals with whom they are completely comfortable.
